This week I put my arms to the test and wanted to share my favourite move of the week. It’s a mixture or fusion of Tracey Anderson and Pilates. We’ve all probably done the traditional dips / bridge dips….Try this move it pulls everything in to give that lean dancer appearance.
|The T box: Extend arms straight out to the sides. Make small forward circles with your arms keeping them nice and straight. Circles should be small and fast.|
By mid-week the berries in my fridge were not looking oh so good, so why not try a scrumptious summer recipe. I found a clean version strawberry rhubarb crisp and tweaked only slightly as I didn’t have all the ingredients.
